Slimming Facial Exercises

We want to share a few face exercises with you to help with toning the muscles and shedding the fat. You can’t do these once and forget about them. Like with any type of exercise, you need to be consistent and keep performing them to get the results that you’re dreaming of. The more you do these exercises for face fat and face muscles, the less time it will take to get the end result.

The face isn’t the only problem area – many people struggle with the way their necks look – so the first set of exercises will focus on the muscles in the neck. This actually helps to burn more calories than the face slimming exercises since you’re moving more.

Neck Exercise

Start by making your chin touch your chest. As you move your head down, you’ll feel the strain at the back. Stop as you start to feel this, even if your chin doesn’t quite reach your chest. This is the optimal point and you’ll get no benefit from getting any lower.

In this position, turn your head so you look to the right, until you feel a strain on the side of your neck. Hold for about three seconds and then return to the center position. Now repeat to the opposite side. To make the most of this exercise, perform it about 20 times and repeat on a daily basis.

Face Exercise I

Now we will move onto some face slimming exercises. This next one helps with the control of the cheeks and mouth. Suck your cheeks into your mouth as if there is a vacuum and hold the position. Now try to smile as wide as possible without letting the cheeks out. This can take some time to get used to.

So many people will instantly release their cheeks to allow the smile to form but you don’t want to do that. You’ll find that it is near impossible to smile and you need to resist it from happening at all. As you try to smile, keep the cheeks pulled in as tight as possible. You will soon find that the muscles around your mouth are worked and it will remove the fat from this area of the face.

Face Exercise II

The third exercise to try will work on the lower part of your face. Open your mouth as wide as you can and then stick out your tongue. At the same time, open your eyes in an attempt to see something far away.

Focus on keeping the eyes wide while your tongue is sticking out. Let your tongue go instead of trying to stick it out far – the latter will mean that your facial muscles are engaged. Hold the position for a few moments before relaxing.

These are really effective slimming face exercises and will noticeably tone your face muscles and reduce face fat which in turn help eliminate wrinkles and fine lines from your face, keeping it youthful and beautiful, if you just keep doing them.
